The Tehran International Animation Festival is managed by Kanoon (Institute for the Intellectual
Development of Children and Young Adults.) This Institute is one of the Iranian cultural centers and has produced over 400 short and feature films and has published 2000 titles of books. It has also established 750 libraries for children all over the country. Kanoon is a non-profit institute and our festival is open to all art-lovers.
