TV COMMERCIALS DIRECTING WORKSHOP NOW OPEN FOR ENROLLMENT

Enrollment is now open for the 2nd run of the Introduction to TV Commercial Directing Workshop offered by the International Institute for Film and Arts (IIFA) from February 24 to March 4, 2009. Participants will get a chance to learn from some of the most sought-after commercial directors in the country (Sid Maderazo, Raymond Red, Mark Meily, Mandy Reyes, Teddy Catuira, Raul Jorolan, Sockie Fernandez, Nap Jamir, Henry Frejas, Mike Alcazaren etc.), with IIFA President and the Commercials Directors Club of the Philippines' founder Cris Mojica as workshop master.


Those who wish to enroll are required to have had prior production experience (school/amateur or professional) in any capacity and will be tasked to participate in the production of a TV commercial as their workshop output. Classes will be held from Tuesday to Saturday (Feb. 24-28, March 1-8), 5-10 PM, at the IIFA Studio in Suite 315, Evekal Bulding, 855 Arnaiz Avenue, Makati City. Course Fee is PhP15,000.00 for Filipinos and US$350.00 (exclusive of accommodations) for other nationalities. Limited scholarship slots are available.
